Yas arrived in Ottawa via Perth (Australia) in time for the 2008 debut season. Yas learned to play Aussie Rules during his 4 year stint in Australia. The smallest player on the field for the Swans, he certainly doesn't show it, throwing his body around and racking up possessions at will. He is an extremely valuable 'non-Australian' addition to the Swans. Needs to work on higher bone density for 2011.
