History The Most Improved player of the year award is handed out to the player that has demonstrated the most improved game over the course of the year through skills, determination and commitment to his teammates.
How it Works A panel of 3 senior coaches and players vote on the award at the end of the season, the panel consists of the Coach, Assistant Coach and Captain of the team. To be eligible for the award the player must play more than 7 games for the year.
