History The Best Canadian Player award is given to the best and fairest Canadian born player. The player will not only have shown the skills and consistent football required in the OAFL but also demonstrated the leadership qualities needed to develop other Canadian born players in the sport.
How it Works A panel of 3 senior coaches and players vote on the award at the end of the season, the panel consists of the Coach, Assistant Coach and Captain of the team. To be eligible for the award the player must play more than 7 games for the year. |
